Overview
ECOLAW FIRM acted as Legal Consultant and Adviser to Preslyn Resources Limited in connection with the dredging and sweeping of Oil Wells 12 and 15 at Ekulama, Rivers State, under the NNPC Ltd / Newcross E&P joint venture.
The project had a value exceeding ₦5 billion and required legal support across contract negotiation, project implementation, regulatory compliance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
The Challenge
